Warranty

Computer Forensic Solutions, LLC (CFS) warrants each CoreSHIELD™ bridge card device (Product) for one year to each end-user who purchases the Product from CFS or any of its authorized distributors. Because of the degree of user involvement in the operation of the Product and the potential for installation and application errors by the user, such warranty must be limited in its extent. Such warranty shall not exceed the obligation of CFS to repair or replace defective products, at CFS’s discretion. The warranty shall not, in any way, extend to insure or warrant any loss of work product or any other consequential loss claimed to be attributable to the Product.
